Within the ‘green’ awareness that has emerged over the past decade, several disturbing facts have also emerged; for every ton of Portland cement produced, one ton of carbon dioxide (CO2) is released into the atmosphere, including harmful mercury emissions. China and America collectively produce over one billion tons of Portland cement/concrete annually. Once deployed, Portland concrete continues to damage local environments by leeching toxins into the soil and water tables, causing longer-term bridge / construction failure (recently witnessed in the recent and tragic bridge collapse in Minneapolis), due to chemical instability, high permeability and rebar corrosion.

All the major international concrete companies, including the Portland Concrete Association, have invested billions of dollars into the development and use of various admixtures, aggregates, fillers and reinforcement systems in the hope of strengthening Portland cement and adapting it for new and different applications. Nonetheless, and in spite of the improvements made, Portland cement / concrete remains a 19th Century technology with serious cracking, corrosion and environmental limitations. As we move further into the 21st Century there is an increasing need for cement based materials that can overcome these limitations.

Our formulas are prepared with mixtures of magnesium, phosphate and organic and inorganic aggregates. The ingredients are commercially available and easy to prepare as a stable, dry cement mix. This dry cement/aggregate admixture is then activated with water to produce the user friendly, exothermic reaction that forms the final concrete material. For people who work with Portland concrete, using ceramic cement does not require a substantial learning curve as it is similarly water-activated and applied using conventional cement/concrete machinery and technology.

Twelve-years of dedicated research and the formation of strategic alliances with organizations having related technologies and objectives has enabled us to create a versatile product line that can be used in a broad spectrum of applications that offer substantial improvement to the problems associated with Portland cement and indeed we firmly believe from extensive study and multiple considerations all other alternative cement/concrete products.

We have three new products.
A multi-purpose, eco-safe, fast-setting, phosphate-bonded concrete for the repair, replacement and resurfacing of Portland concrete that reaches 5500 psi in 3-hrs, 7000 psi in 24-hrs, 9500 psi in 7-days, 10,000 psi in 28-days. The chemical bonding is impervious to salt water erosion, does not corrode metal rebar, produces high tensile strength, strongly bonds to mineral, metal and cellulose and applied using standard concrete technology.


A white decorative blend that maintains the non-toxic, high strength qualities of our prime concrete while being specifically formulated for the creation of decorative products such as countertops and concrete tile.

And a scientifically validated, water-activated, user-friendly, ‘patented’ ceramic cement invention that we exclusively administrate. It bonds to mineral, metal and cellulose, while providing extraordinary high strength, fire and mold resistance.
